Using this site

You may use this site for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, misuse forms, or use site content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Creative work and site content

The films, videos, images, writing, logos, designs, and other materials displayed here belong to Small Red Cape or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use those materials.

Payment and orders

Prices, shipping charges, and taxes are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if a product becomes unavailable, payment fails, an address is invalid, or an order presents a security or pricing issue. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable charge will be refunded.

Shipping, returns, and product appearance

Our Shipping & Returns Policy is part of these terms. Product colors and placement can vary slightly across screens and made-to-order production runs.

Third-party services and links

The site may embed or link to services operated by others, including Vimeo, Stripe, Printful, Instagram, and portfolio destinations. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Small Red Cape is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
