Information we collect

Contact form inquiries

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so we can respond to your inquiry.

Order and fulfillment information

When you place an order, we collect the contact, shipping, cart, and transaction details needed to process it. Payment details are entered into Stripe's checkout experience; Small Red Cape does not receive your full payment-card number. Shipping details and ordered items are shared with Printful to produce and deliver made-to-order merchandise.

Technical information

Our hosting systems may record standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date, and time for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Your browser may store essential cart state. Stripe and other service providers may use essential technologies to provide their services.

How we use and share information

We use submitted information to answer inquiries, process payments, fulfill orders, provide order support, protect the site, and comply with applicable obligations. We share it only with service providers performing those functions, including our hosting and email providers, Stripe, and Printful. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may use our contact form to ask what information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Do Not Track and analytics

This private preview does not currently use advertising or behavioral analytics. Because there is no universal browser Do Not Track standard, the site does not respond differently to those signals. We will update this policy before adding analytics or advertising technologies.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or its service providers change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
